在進行板面裝飾前的處理
Before the process of board decoration
1、檢查板材安裝是否按工程設(shè)計圖紙和有關(guān)規(guī)定進行安裝，墻體或吊頂?shù)馁|(zhì)量應按《裝飾工程施工驗收規(guī)范》進行驗收。
1. To check the panel installation of project design drawings, the installation provisions, the quality of the wall or ceiling, and whether they are in accordance with "Decorated Construction Regulations".
2、板材檢查完畢后可進行接縫處理。

3、在裝飾前須保證板面干燥、清潔、沒有粉末及油跡。

4、為提高板材的耐久性和穩(wěn)固性，當產(chǎn)品用于潮濕區(qū)域時，建議在板面先涂一層耐堿防水的底涂料（如防水劑、硝基清漆、底層密著劑），這對保持飾面的使用效果及耐久性是非常重要的，且可減少涂料或粘膠的用量。
5、如板材處于較差的環(huán)境下使用，例如：辦的兩表面處于較大的溫差及濕差情況下，為使板材使用效果更好，當一面涂上處理層時，另一面也應涂上相同的材料。

In order to improve the board's durability and stability, when in wet areas, a coat of bottom paint with alkaline water (such as waterproofing agent, nitro varnish, bottom adhesion agent) should be put on the surface. 5, When in poor environment, for instance, when the temperature difference between two surfaces is large, both sides should be coated with processing layer for the cause of effectiveness.

- 涂料：選擇涂料時，涂料性能應適用于增強纖維水泥制品，如丙烯酸或環(huán)氧系列涂料。當對板面的平滑度，光潔度要求較高，在裝飾之前可先對板面進行全面抹灰，再用打磨機砂光，然后進行涂飾面處理。
- 貼墻紙或墻布：一種最簡單實用的墻面或吊頂方式。粘貼材料主要為白乳膠、聚乙烯等水溶性粘膠。
- 貼飾面板（如薄木片、防火板、PVC薄板、鋁塑板等）：一種簡便的裝飾方式。粘貼材料可用白乳膠，立時得之類的萬能膠、高級玻璃膠、結(jié)構(gòu)膠、云石膠等。
- 貼瓷磚：建議采用專用的瓷磚膠。
- 粘帖大理石：用云石膠或卓能、德高、漢高等牌子的強力抗下墜型粘膠進行粘帖。一般建議粘帖大理石墻裙，厚度不宜大于20mm。

Painting: When choosing paint material, it should be taken into consideration that the paint should be applied to enhance the performance of fiber cement products, such as acrylic or epoxy paint series. There is a strict requirement toward the smoothness of the plate surface. Before decoration process begins, the board should be sanded with sanding machine and then grinded completely.
2. Wallpaper or Wall covering: The most simple and practical way of wall or ceiling. Pasting material is white latex, polyethylene and water-soluble glue.
3. Decorating panel (such as veneer sheets, fire board, PVC sheet, aluminum plate, etc.): A simple way of decoration. Pasting material can be white emulsion, adhesive glue, high glass adhesive, structural adhesive, marble glue, etc.
4. Tiling: Ceramic tile adhesive has been recommended as the pasting material.
5.Pasting marble: The pasting material should be powerful anti-fall-type adhesive pastes, naming Cheuk Nang, DeGao, and Hangao, etc. Generally, the thickness should be of no more than 20mm.
