Taizhou City Jiaojiang Maple Leaf Sea Transportation Co., Ltd. was established on May 16, 2002, which is a private corporate enterprise with independent legal entity qualification and international ship transportation and international ship management qualification. The company is mainly engaged in ship management and relevant transportation of international bulk, container, petroleum and other products.
根據(jù)ISM規(guī)則的要求，公司于2007年建立了國際和國內(nèi)的安全管理體系，并于2007年底通過了中國船級社CCS的驗證，取得了相應(yīng)的符合證明DOC，所管理的船舶亦相繼取得了SMC。
According to the requirements of ISM rule, the company established international and domestic safety management system in 2007, and passed verification of China Classification Society (CCS) by the end of 2007, obtained corresponding Document of Compliance (DOC). Ships under its management also obtained SMC in succession.

公司目前所管理的船舶共有8艘，種類包括集裝箱船、散貨船、油輪，經(jīng)營全球航線貨運及租船業(yè)務(wù)，船隊總貨運能力已達(dá)到15萬多載重噸，在船船員總數(shù)接近140人。公司正在陸續(xù)接手新造船舶7艘，預(yù)計2010年年底，公司所管理船舶可達(dá)14艘，運載能力可達(dá)37萬多載重噸。
There are 8 ships managed by the company at present, the categories include container ship, bulk ship and oil tanker, operating freight transportation of global shipping routes and chartering business. Gross transport capacity of the ship team has reached more than 150000 deadweight tonnage, nearly 140 total crew on ship. The company is taking over in succession 7 newly built ships. It is predicted that the company will have 14 ships under management with loading capacity more than 370000 deadweight tonnage by the end of 2010.
