About HISGC Coking Plant
杭鋼焦化廠是集煉焦與化工為一體的冶煉化工企業，占地面積23萬平方米，創建于1958年。主要設備有58-Ⅱ型42孔焦爐、JN43-80型42孔焦爐，擁有年產焦炭56萬噸的生產能力，以及相配套的水循環、水處理、干熄焦、蒸苯、硫銨、煤氣脫硫提鹽等回收處理工藝。主要產品有焦炭、焦爐煤氣、煤焦油、輕苯、硫銨等。
Established in 1958 and covering an area of 230,000m2, HISGC Coking Plant is an enterprise integrating coking and chemical operations. The plant owns 58-Ⅱ (42 batteries) and JN43-80 type (42 batteries) coke ovens as the major equipment, with an annual capacity of 560,000 metric tons of coke, as well as the complement recycling processes of water cycle and treatment, CDQ(Coke dry quenching), benzene extraction, ammonium sulfate, desulphurization and salt extraction of coal gas, etc. The main products are coke, coke oven gas, coal tar, light benzene, ammonium sulfate, etc.
焦化廠始終堅持企業發展和環境保護并重的理念，大力推進新技術應用，先后完成煤氣凈化系統、干熄焦、煤焦除塵、污水處理等技術改造項目，大大降低了硫、塵排放，實現了工業廢水零排放。以構建喬、灌、草多層次復合生態環境模式為目標，逐步建立了生態與景觀相協調的區域植被群落。
The coke plant has been adhering to the concept of attaching the same importance to both the enterprise development and the environment protection, through vigorously promoting the application of new technologies. The plant has successively completed the coal gas cleaning system, CDQ, coke dust removal, sewage treatment and other technological transformation projects, which have reduced the sulfur and dust emissions, and managed the zero discharge of industrial wastewater. Aiming at constructing a multi-layer and integrated ecological environment with arbor, bush and herbs, the plant has gradually built up a regional vegetation community coordinating the ecology and the landscape.
如今的焦化廠，花草蔥蘢、綠樹成蔭、鷺鳥成群，曾先后獲得全國環境保護先進企業、全國冶金系統清潔工廠、環境優美工廠、省級愛國衛生先進單位等榮譽稱號，是一座名副其實的綠色工廠。Today’s coke plant is full of blossoming flowers, verdant herbs and trees, as well as various aigrettes. It deserves the reputation of a green plant and has been entitled as the National Advanced Enterprise of Environment Protection, National Clean Plant of the Metallurgical System, Plant of Beautiful Environment, Provincial Patriotic Health Unit, etc.
