污泥深度脫水工藝路線
Process route of technology of sludge depth dehydration
首先加入國泰環保研發的結合水轉化劑，破壞污泥的絮凝態，并將污泥中的結合水大部分轉化游離態水，使污泥由半固態轉化為流動態；同時去除污泥中的惡臭成分，尾氣用吸收系統吸收達標排放；然后加入絡合沉淀劑、穩定劑和助濾劑等，使污泥中重金屬物質等有毒、有害成分固定，并進一步去除污泥中的惡臭成分。
At first, add in bound water transforming agent researched and developed by Hangzhou Guotai Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to destroy flocculation state of sludge, then transform majority of bound water in sludge into free water and make sludge transform from semi-solid state into flow state; in addition, remove the stink components in sludge, absorption system for tail gas absorbs standard discharge; then add in complex precipitation agent, stabilizing agent, filter aid, etc. to fix heavy metal substance and other poisonous and harmful components in sludge, and further eliminate the stink components in sludge.
然后用泵將污泥輸送到壓濾機，使污泥中的水分以液態的形式分離。脫水干泥含水率45%左右。
Then deliver the sludge to filter press with pumps in order to separate moisture in sludge in the form of liquid. Moisture content of dry sludge after dehydration is around 45%.
