地下室可停泊220輛車，裙房：商業(yè)、娛樂中心，面積1.2萬平方米，滿足企業(yè)對外活動(dòng)需求；主體5-18層：可隨意分割的商務(wù)辦公區(qū)，部分辦公單元預(yù)留VIP獨(dú)立衛(wèi)生間；19-23層，企業(yè)總部：企業(yè)會所，預(yù)設(shè)多功能廳、健身及餐飲功能。
220 vehicles can be parked in basement. Skirt building: business and entertainment center, area of 12,000m2 which can meet the demand for external activities of the enterprise; main body has 5-18 floors: business office area can be separated freely, independent VIP Rest Room reserved for part of office units; 19-23 floors are headquarters of the enterprise: enterprise club reserves multifunctional hall, having the functions of body-building, eating and drinking.
